Please include proof of current rabies vaccination with the check. Payment must be received within 10 days of submitting this form online or your registration will be canceled.

Class fees are $95.00 per six weeks. Be sure to check our current class schedule. Pre-registration is required and must be received no later than one week prior to the first class. No refunds or credits given after the first week of class. To pay online after submitting this form, visit our Products page.
